We built and implemented a custom operating system for Threesixty, bringing project management, commercial planning, CRM and client management into one connected platform. Clear project ownership and standardised workflows replaced informal processes, giving every team the same structure and leadership a single view of delivery.
We then introduced automation to remove repetitive manual admin and keep information flowing between systems. Capacity and time tracking gave leadership visibility into resourcing, so workloads could be balanced and planned ahead rather than reactively. A structured onboarding process set clear expectations for every new client from day one, while defined workflows and operational safeguards kept deadlines on track. The result was a team with more capacity, less pressure and the clarity to align growth with delivery.
