PropertyCloud is Mauritius's leading property platform, connecting buyers, sellers, and agents through property listings, a subscriber magazine, a business directory, and an annual property awards programme. As the business scaled across multiple product lines, they needed a single CRM to unify customer and subscriber data across the group.

As PropertyCloud scaled across Magazine, Directory, Subscription and Awards, customer data became fragmented across the website, Xero and manual spreadsheets, with no CRM connecting them. The founder had no single view of the business, with revenue, subscriber status and account health needing to be pieced together manually. Growth was beginning to outpace the team's ability to track and manage it.
Each new product line added another disconnected data source. Reconciling subscriber and billing records across systems consumed hours of manual admin, delayed reporting and left leadership making decisions with incomplete or outdated information. As the business grew, this was becoming an increasingly costly bottleneck.

SOLUTION
SOLUTION
We implemented monday.com as PropertyCloud's CRM, establishing Accounts as the master record across the group. Zapier integrations connected SuperAdmin and Xero directly to monday.com, replacing manual reconciliation with automated data flow and consolidating historic records into a single account view.
We then introduced monday's native AI, Sidekick and Agents, to automate repetitive tasks and surface information without manual searching. Pipeline and performance reporting gave the team a clear view of deals, activity and performance, while a structured knowledge base ensured everyone worked from the same information. Hands-on training embedded the system across the team, creating an operation that could run and grow without the founder at the centre of every process.
