Growth in client demand had outpaced operational visibility, resulting in inconsistent delivery, limited capacity insights, and reactive planning. Without clear visibility into resourcing, timelines, or performance, planning became reactive. This limited the team’s ability to scale effectively and reduced confidence in delivery.

We built and implemented a custom operating system for Enchant, bringing projects, resourcing and client onboarding into one connected platform. Standardised workflows replaced disconnected tools and manual coordination, giving leadership a clear view of capacity, timelines and performance across every account.
We then introduced automation and AI-powered systems to remove repetitive admin and reduce operational overhead. Capacity tracking showed how resource was allocated across the team, so workload could be forecast accurately and deadlines protected. A standardised onboarding process gave every new client a consistent start, while clearer ownership and reporting kept delivery on track. The result was an operation that could scale with client demand without sacrificing quality.
